At Your Cannabis Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Non-Returnable Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
